Stopping business operations does not legally liquidate a company. The liquidation decision, liquidator, creditor notice, settlement of liabilities, liquidation balance, and deregistration must be handled in sequence.
The official procedure states that the creditor-claim period cannot be shorter than 60 days and the overall process should not exceed one year from the initial registry note. Tax, employment, asset, and debt issues require case-specific review.
