How much does company registration in Azerbaijan cost?

State duty is different from a legal service fee
The State Tax Service states that electronic state registration of an LLC does not require a state duty. Its published paper-application fee for other legal entities is AZN 15; specific categories have different fees. These state charges are not the price of a law firm’s work.

- Legal work: document review, charter and resolution drafting, and the agreed filing support.
- Third-party expenses: where relevant, notarial work, translation, formalisation of foreign documents and electronic signature.
