1. a notarized
application for registration of a branch.
2. the original or a
notarized copy of the decision of the foreign legal entity that established the
branch on the establishment of the branch and the appointment of its manager
and the approval of the charter of the branch, and a copy of the identity
document of the manager.
3. charter approved either
by the foreign legal entity that established the branch, or by its authorized
representative (in 2 copies).
4. a notarized or
legalized copy of documents confirming the registration of a foreign legal
entity (that established the branch) in a foreign state.
5. the original or a
notarized or legalized copy of the power of attorney issued to the manager for
the operation of the branch by the foreign legal entity that established the
branch.
6. a document
confirming the payment of the state fee.
7. if the application
is signed by an authorized person or is submitted by an authorized person, a
power of attorney, and a copy of the identity document of the authorized person.
8. optionally - an
application for registration of a VAT taxpayer.
9. optionally - an
application for opening a bank account.
10. order stamp for
the branch.
the amount of the
state duty is 300 manats.
branch registration is
carried out within 2 days.
SPECIAL NOTE: According to the Migration Code, holding the title of manager and deputy manager of a branch of a foreign legal entity in the Republic of Azerbaijan is considered grounds for obtaining a temporary residence permit, and these persons are not required to apply for a work permit.
